Dear Valued Ladder Heroes Customers,
As Washington State has implemented a “stay-at-home” order, we would like to take a moment to let you know that Ladder Heroes meets our state and local government guidelines as a provider of home maintenance and safety. This means we are open and available to serve you and our community during these concerning times.
As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to unfurl locally and globally, Ladder Heroes is committed to doing our part in taking preventive measures to reduce the potential of contagion within our service locations. The health and safety of our employees, customers, neighbors and community remains a top priority, and we are complying with all local, state and government requirements for social distancing.
Recognizing that home maintenance is an essential service, we are still able to perform all of our services, however as an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to not perform any interior services at this time.
As we execute exterior services, such as the much needed Spring roof and gutter cleaning, pressure washing about the home and exterior window cleaning, we are taking a few extra steps in social distancing. Of course the customary greeting of a handshake, sadly, will not be offered at this time, and any needed onsite communications can certainly be done by phone if preferred, and as always, we offer paperless billing. We will simply send your invoice via email upon completion of service, enabling you to pay online by either Bill-Pay or Credit Card, or if you prefer, just give us a call and we process your payment over the phone.
